The flame-retardant reflective fabric includes a flame-fluorescent fabric base layer, which is characterized in that the flame-retardant fabric base layer is sequentially covered with an adhesive layer, an aluminum reflective layer, and a high-refractive-index glass microbead layer from bottom to top, wherein each glass microbead has a part of the sphere embedded Into the aluminum reflective layer.
Reflective clothing made of flame-retardant reflective fabrics has eye-catching retro-reflective performance when faint light is irradiated under low visibility conditions. When used as firefighting suits or immersion suits, as long as there is a weak light, the search target can be found, which is beneficial to the rescue of firefighters or personnel wearing such immersion suits.
Index description and requirements
Indicator description
Prolonged burning: refers to the phenomenon that the material continues to burn after leaving the fire source.
Smoldering: refers to the phenomenon that the material burns slowly without flame after leaving the fire source.
Melt drop: refers to the phenomenon that the material melts or drips during the ignition process.
Arc: It is a gas discharge phenomenon, the instantaneous spark produced by the current passing through some insulating medium.

Require
1. Meet EN533 index 3: Perform horizontal combustion according to EN532. After the test sample is ignited, the flame cannot burn and spread to the bottom and top of the sample or the vertical edge of the fabric; there should be no burning debris (melt droplets) from Falling from the cloth; after removing the flame to stop burning, smoldering should not extend from the carbonized area on the fabric to the undamaged area on the fabric; no holes are generated;
The flame delay time of any one of the six test samples shall not exceed 2 seconds.
Washing requirements before testing:
A. Wash 12 times at 75℃ (in accordance with the industrial washing method of EN ISO 10528); it can also be washed 5 times according to customer requirements before testing.
B. Soak the sample in water (BS 5651:1978), then dry clean it 5 times in accordance with the requirements of ISO 3175, and then perform the test.
This method is suitable for chemical fiber, pure cotton and its blended fabrics.
2. Meet ASTM1506: Before washing or dry cleaning, perform vertical burning according to D6413, and the continuous burning time is up to 2 seconds; after 25 washing or dry cleaning, perform vertical burning according to D6413, and the continuous burning time is up to 2 seconds; arc test results The longest continuous burning time is 5 seconds, tested in accordance with ASTM1959.
Washing method: The fabrics suitable for washing should be washed 25 times with the method AATCC 135 of the American Textile Association.
3. Meet the NFPA1971 multi-layer structure fire-fighting clothing standard. The TPP value of the thermal protection performance of the whole protective clothing cannot be lower than 35 (cal/cm2); the whole piece of clothing is subjected to a penetration test, and there is no liquid leakage; the clothing shell, lining, life-saving equipment and other components are burned vertically, and the average carbon loss length It should not exceed 100mm, the average flame extension time should not exceed 2 seconds, and there should be no droplets.
